We take great pride in delivering high-quality jaggery, brown sugar, and other natural farm products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. 7-Day Free Return Policy

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to report the issue.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact Us – Send us your order details and a photo/video of the damaged or faulty item.

  2. Approval – Once your return is approved, we’ll arrange free return shipping.

  3. Replacement or Refund – You can choose between a product replacement or a full refund.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method.

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please contact us.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used, or altered.

  • Items returned after the 7-day window.

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

5. Exchange Policy

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we can replace it free of cost within 7 days of delivery. Replacement requests after 7 days will not be accepted.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled but can still be returned under our 7-day policy.
